I had purchased a wrist watch and a Math Camlin Set from allschoolstuff.com. My order no is 996358.
I received the watch but it was not working at all. And I didn’t receive the camlin math set. I called up allschoolstuff.com to ask about the return policy. They said I have to send an email about the defective product along with its picture. And the camlin math set is out of stock and will be available within a week.
I did the same. I got an automated reply saying my request has been forwarded and will be processed within 24-48 hours. I waited for 3 days, but didn’t receive any reply. Thereafter I have been following up with them. Sometime they don’t pick up the call and when they pick they tell me to wait for next 24-48 hours.
It’s 3 weeks since I have placed the request, and yet there is no reply for both the products.
