After completing my graduation, I joined here as a fresher, thinking that I will get a chance to learn something good and feel good in the new environment. But just opposite happened what I thought, before joining I was told that working hours would be 9 am to 6 pm and sunday would be no working day and extra pay benefits would be available on extra hours.
But I was treated very badly, I had to work from 9am to 8pm and Sunday was also called for extra work, and I did not get any extra payment, they had made false promises to me. There I was being treated as if I was a slave they had bought.
That’s why after all this situation I decided to resign, and finally I resigned.
At last I would like to say only one thing that, treat employees like the employees and not like the animals.
