This movie is one of the best Ive seen (along with Double Jeopardy). It has a great plot, very suspenseful, I was constantly (and still am every time I watch it) glued to the screen. It also has great actors, and this movie requires great acting. The only thing I see wrong with this movie is at the beginning the special effects could be better. But, it IS just a movie, so Id say get over it. :)
Young girl Megan Rose (Mika Booren) is kidnapped by her teacher Gary Sonji (Michael Wincott). Sonji appoints the great Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman) as the detective in the case, so that his kidnapping may be properly appreciated. Alex teams up with Jezzie Flanagan (Monica Potter), a Secret Service agent at Megans school, and starts unraveling the case piece by piece with his own expertise and help from clues deliberately left by Sonji. To tell you any more about the movie would rob it of its effect on its audience.
I would recommend watching this movie with anyone, with the exception of young children.
