Alpha TV bangla is one of the best Bengali channels made by Zee. It is an original channel and it is very well made.
Serials
Most of the serials are soaps but have some original twists. A few of them are Pratibimbo and Ek Aakasher Neeche. I especially like Ek Aakasher Neeche because it’s storyline is very original. The other serials are also good.
Games
There are a lot of splendid games on this channel. The Alpha ’’Pentathlon’’ is one of the best, I feel. It comprises a lot of schools and it is very enjoyable.
Commercials
I think that is one of the bad things of the channel. The commercial breaks are very irregular. In one, it will be only for 1-2 minutes while in the other, it will be 4-5 minutes. That is the only thing which I believe it needs improving.
Similar channels
There are plenty of good Bengali channels. I would suggest ETV Bangla and Aakash Bangla. They are both informative and have a host of interesting programs !
