Ahhhh, alto motors.
Every time I hear this name, it leads to frustration & added furiousness.Recently booked Hero Maestro from this dealer n I expected a moderate response nt having much expectations.
but at the end, the services were disheartening n way below my the so-called "moderate expectations." the booking process was normal n I paid him hard cash of 60k.
The billing process was too completed in a matter of time. The responsible authority therein assured me that bike wud be delivered within 3-4 working days. And from there onwards the tale of my bitter experiences started. First n foremost, the bike wasnt at all delivered within the promised date, nowhere nearby too.
To add to the anger, they delivered me the bike with a delay of almost 8-10 days that too wn I urged n got behind them.the staff therein n also the owner himself were so irresponsible violating delivery deadlines every now n then.they seriously lacked sense of responsibility towards customers. the next big thing was the registration papers n taxation receipts.
On normal grounds, registration via the RTO takes at most a days time n the taxation receipt is given immediately as soon as it verified at the octroi. but that was nt the case with this dealer. he took another weeks time to give me those papers. to add to that, after 3 days of delivery, he gave me the insurance cover note n said the OC wud be given to u in a month or two which actually is handed over in 15 days after delivery n vehicle registration. according to dealers norms, they assure to give us accessories like helmet, buzzor, seat covers, etc free of cost. its been almost a month nw n I havent received the helmet yet(not expecting too) n the seat n bike covers were too of moderate, more of cheap, quality.had given him the full cash, so had to tolerate such blunders.it wud had been much pleasing had I purchased the bike from the showroom.
neways, wts done is done.!
jus wna advice u guys out there to nt even think of going to this dealer.!
