I live in Ghaziabad and nearest place I found in Rajasthan was Alwar.
There are few attractions in alwar which are really good. To mention them SiliSed lake is a must visit place. Bala Quila is really good to see, however many parts of this place is closed now.
Alwar is just 280 KMs away and we can easily drive to this place.
Hotels are bit expensive. all are above 1000/- . If you have more time then you can also visit Bhan Gadh. However, that is little far from Alwar.
Dont forget to bring Milk Cake from Alwar which is the speciallity of the place.
The people are nice. While return I faced some issue with my vehicle but people were helpful.
You can easily plan a weekend trip to Alwar.
