First of all. Let me remind you all that if an order of plates is not handled properly it will remind you of bad experience everytime you eat from that plate.
This seller is selling stuff on amazon tata luxury but their customer support have zero manners and etiquette
They dont take calls
They dont reply to your messages even after acknowledging that they screwed up your order
Order 9685 placed. Quality of plates to poor also accepted by their team( whatsapp)
Kept spoons and fork returned rest of the items.
Placed another order 9973 that was to be adjusted with the amount already paid in previous order but I was made to pay more due to miscalculations by their team ( I have done the calculation and attached pic for yourreference)
I had to be refunded Rs1180 (Rs 565 for previous order and another Rs 615 was taken during delivery)
Also,
In order 9973 one plate was sent wrong accepted by your team and screenshot of conversation attached
However after 45 days they have not refunded nor sent the plate that was to be sent. They read the messages but don’t reply. Its a lost case. I have attached the pic gou can see the quality also.
