I ordered a Ganpati sculpture set on 1 Sept 2025(₹;638, prepaid). I received the wrong product. I raised a complaint on 11 Sept with invoice and photos. The brand acknowledged but never apologised, and after repeated follow-ups for more than a month, no refund or replacement was provided.
Calls were ignored and WhatsApp responses became rude and dismissive, with comments like please go ahead with threats and even I dont have time. I have screenshots of these replies.
Instead of resolving, they deleted my comments on Facebook/Instagram and even blocked me. This shows how they handle genuine complaints by silencing customers. Very unprofessional experience.
