Shoddy customer service they provide after the sell of apartment. Since past two weeks I have no ip phone connection and due to that no internet connection. It was not installed since the possession. I have inquired many times and all the time I was told that it will be fixed next day. It has been two weeks and still there is no resolution. Engineer comes everyday, does something and either he forgot his tools or some other problem, goes back with the promise that he will return. He never fixes the issue. I called Civic center many times. Same answer "It will be fixed tomorrow" and no ownership.
While asking about what about the many last commitments there is no proper response and always buck pass between operator and Data Center person. There has been talks on installing Airtel Digital TV service. No ownership on that too. There is no define timeline when it will be installed and we are not allowed to take any other connection as well. It seems that Amanora has good stake in NextGen cable connection and it is used to monopolized the cable connection. NextGen does not provide any HD receiver and only 70 channels. There is no proper resident grievance cell. While asking for numbers for supervisors I was rudely refused. There cannot be any explanation to this unprofessional and shoddy customer service. I hope this serves as guidelines to others who are planning to buy apartment only from its look and not knowing what other problems they are going to have when they are paying premium rates for this no good for living properties.
