As I was surfing the internet I came across lots of Amanora reviews which are misleading. So being an Amanora Citizen I definitely want to share my experience with Amanora. Being it’s my first real estate investment I was very cautious while taking a property in Pune. I had done lot of Property survey in eastern side of Pune as I am working in Magarpatta City & then zero in to Amanora Park Town.
Not only the concept but the realization of the concept is excellent. Infrastructure like roads, gardens, water treatment, sewage treatment, fire station, Power substation, Civic Centre, 2 reputed schools (ICSC & CBSC Board), Vibrant Mall(Amanora Town centre) & lots of other development is already took place. It’s really appreciable as this development is only in 4 years. The Sector amenities are really good with a huge children pay area, tennis court, gymnasium, indoor games, party lawn & lots more. Still the rates are quite competitive to the surrounding area. In true sense Amanora catered all my needs. My kid got a preference in admission in Pawar Public School being an Amanora Citizen. Security is really good. Amanora Town Centre is close which is a week end destination for me & my family.
Various events happening at Amanora like Enrique, Brian Adams, Pit Bulls, Devid Gotta & much more was really treat for me. Amanora is definitely taking efforts to make the life easy. Online registration of the maintenance complaints is really easy. Pipe gas, easy recharge of gas & electricity through smartcard is a good facility. Even though the development & new construction is going on in the township, I see the managements is taking efforts not to create inconvenience to the residents. I am really a satisfied customer. When I compare Amanora with the outside residential projects, I believe Amanora is the best destination to live.
