Amanora Township Project

I think all the people who have shared negative thoughts would be disgruntled due to some various reasons that they could not control at that time or just having a bad day. I have been there personally and yes there are rules and monopolisation of services.

Rules for security purposes and nothing stops a citizen to go anywhere inside the usable / completed areas. They enforce rules for non citizens since this is not a public park or township. So if you are not a resident you simply cannot enter the place.

Many people who are already living there that I have spoken to say that there is nothing better than Amanora. Yes! There are places that are being constructed or the trucks and movement of heavy vehicles but then you have to see the future. If you want some thing complete then you should move in smaller society buildings out of Amanora.

You do pay for everything you use. NOTHING IS FREE IN THE WORLD! DUH!

Yes! The montly bills are higher than usual but guaranteed 24/7 supply of water. electrics and gas, internet, satellite tv. Nowehere in Pune you can find this guarantee.

The central clubhouse is restricted mainly because it is meant for club members which is not issued yet. So they have the right to restrict access and protect the beautiful landscape the have created for future club members. Yes! They do rent out for parties and weddings there since they need to have some income to maintain the landscaping since club membership is not yet open.

The town mall is awesome and do charge for parking but that goes for any major mall you go to these days. Some malls offer redemption on purchases others dont. So what? Walk it up!

Opposite Amanora Mall is the Magarpatta mall coming up. Its hugemendous! Imagine the business potenentials just between the two townships. 1 already occupied with 6000 families and the new Amanora coming up with another 6000 plus railway station running through the project.

FUTURE GUYS! FUTURE!
