ROOPAM INFRASTRUCTURE= FRAUD!
I bought a piece of land from them in 2010 and paid my installments on time. After 1 year they told me that their land has been occupied by MIDC and I either have an option to get my money back or invest in their upcoming projects. I decided to take my money back after my bad experience.
Now, even after 1 year I am still waiting for my money. These frauds have not even paid me a single rupee and show me as if I’ve done a crime investing my money. I have been regularly calling them, but these guys either never pick up or keep on giving me new dates. I request all the people who are facing same problem to come together and file a common complaint against this builder.
The bad part is that they still advertise ’Richmond Vegas’ project on their website although it is already closed. What is going on in this country ? I am sure these guys have contacts in Police and Government, otherwise how come such a fraud is running for such a long time.
