They don’t even deserve 1 star. They charge service free randomly your card is charged but your pin is not available. You need to give them call to have your pin or money back, this phone card company is cheating with customers by showing lower rate on their website but every time they take extra 2 or 3 minutes when I make a call if I talked 2 minutes they make it 4 minutes. They have the worst serviceIn other words they rob you of all your top ups and remaining balanceVery cheap and rude customer service
