Writing this review for Amar Cars Kala ghoda under’Gorwa’ as its a headquarter & all service centers follow same guidelines
Amar cars is into dealership of Maruti Suzuki cars
I bought Alto K10 from Gorwa center & usually got it serviced thro Kala Ghoda
In my last experience at Kala Ghoda, I happen to investigate how do these ppl really service the vehicle & I felt awful.
1> They have no idea when to change oil & when not to - All they say, it has been long time you should change it! Awsm! Thats the training!
2> Car cleaning do "not" include cleaning interiors of the car
3> They were clueless on the right tire pressure! Interesting
4> Have no idea on how the central locking works - They simply wanna replace the entire lock system coz they cant figure out why one gun was misfiring! Interesting!
5> AC Duct cleaning - you have to tell them explicitly else they wont know. All they know is that they have to sell AC Duct filter to prevent getting dirty
6> Time to change tires? Its when you have money - absolutely no relation to the current tire condition
7> Wheel alignment is only for making money - they cant figure out in test ride if anything is wrong
8> Engine Tuning? Engg at this service center cant even pronounce it!
9> Mileage is set by Maruti Suzuki - Air to petrol mixture cant be controlled or altered by service guys, even if someone has complain for his/her car!
I can go on, but I think I made my point
