Hello friends. I want to share my experience about thia UPS. I baught it for my shop in may2017. My battery is not giving the backup firstly I think that it was the fault of battery but later I come to know that upr is providing charging to the battery due to which battery is not giving the backup. So I call the service engineer he take it for the repair purpose. Repairing take about 14 days. But the UPS is still not providing satisfactory results. I am very dissatisfied from the product and the service too.
