I purchased an Amaron battery in July 2022, which clearly indicates a warranty of 60 months on the product, as visible on the battery itself. However, when I raised my complaint in August 2025, I was told that the warranty is only 36 months.
This inconsistency in the warranty period is concerning, and I believe it reflects a lack of transparency and miscommunication on your part. To make matters worse, I was informed that your technician would be charging me ₹;400 for a visit, despite the issue being directly related to a warranty claim, which should not incur additional costs.
This kind of behavior feels deceptive, and I am disappointed that a well-known brand like Amaron is treating its customers in this way. I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution that is in line with the warranty terms that were originally promised.
