I had been attracted with the price and the location and enquired about it. Finally found that this project is in Thirumudivakkam which is around 10 kms from chrompet. The builders staffs mentioning that it is in Chrompet. Not sure about the quality of the building as I didn’t see it. I felt bad after I came to know the actual location.
I would say , friends keep away from them if you are attracted by chrompet location
Just because this place share the pincode they call it as chrompet
