First the tablet I bought was late and said in stock. It took 9 days for my son to get it. Then we saw the box had been opened before. Turned it on and somebody’s name and been entered on the tablet. So it was a used model that I paid full price for. I wrote Amazon. I have heard nothing back. I have ordered lots of stuff from them but this is the first bad thing that has happened. If they don’t refund me any money I will never shop with them again. To me this is a ripoff.
