Bought some artificial jewellry at amazon fire, when delivered the items were not the colour nor the size I had ordered.
had to return them, following the protocol, I called the customer care at amazon with my registered mobile number then bang! my call was disconnected 11 times, I went berserk emailed amazon. nothing. silence. it’s been 3 months but ever since I have been nursing an insult too horrible to swallow.
amazon caters to the ultra rich which is why it is flourishing, its always present in news papers tv etc.
it is difficult to understand why such a gigantic corporate would have artificial jewellery, surely it is below their standards?, why lure an ignorant consumer into spending hard and honestly earned money on items that are neither what they look like nor are they the correct size.
yes once I thought amazon was trustworthy Ha!
got my just desserts. serves me right to follow the herd mentality buying desperately what I do not require to survive as a human being.
