Harassing Customer - No Clear Policy, worst service and full of Technical Issues
Customers - Please do not buy anything from Amazon.in website. Worst Seller they have and worst Service ever seen, No clear Policy for seller when he\she cancelled the order by seller itself. If you purchased from the seller "royalsports Storefront" on Amazon.in then your money will be captured. You have to Stay or loose your Many in any Case.
There is no clear policy for seller when he\she cancelled the order by seller itself on Amazon.in and worst service I ever seen in my life. When I was ordered an Item [ORDER # 405-4718382-9848313] "Nivia MB-1004 Soft Medicine Ball, 4kg" on 23-July-2017, at that time of ordering the Amazon.in was displaying "Delivery to pincode 201009 - Ghaziabad between 2017, July 28 - 29". But next day on 24-Jul-2017, seller has cancelled the order at their end without any reason or information whereas the website Amazon.in was already displaying that Product is already deliverable at our Location PIN code: 201009 between Jul, 28 - 29. So unable to understand the reason why seller has cancelled the order. Ok, if he cancelled the order but we still not received the refund of my cancelled order, yet. I have called Amazon customer care so many time since 24-Jul-2017 but still not get refund. Even I and Amazon has communicated the seller so may time but still not received the seller’s response and refund as well.
Now, I do not have much time to waste(already wasted approximately 3-4 Hours on Phone), last time on 28-Jul-2017, when I was called to Amazon customer care [1800 3000 9009] their executives has been wasted our continuous 1 hour without any resolution and proper justification about the Amazon.in policy and reason. Please keep my Money with you. I do not want to go with Amazon in future.
And wanted to other customer to be aware and do not do online shopping from Amazon.in. There is no authenticity and Moral. Just for making money and harass customer. Worst service.
