Its about a led tv purchase in my case.
recently I bought it on amazon. along with ONSITEGO extended warranty.
happy with delivery, and very happy with installation.
enjoying watching 43" led tv. is amazing.
after two days of installation, I got a mail from onsitego warranty, to register my device .
for registration you need to mention the model#, and serial#.
then I checked on the invoice from amazon.i got some numbers.
but I dont know what they are. I got some doubt and called the warranty company, I was told that they dont know about those things and I need to check it with the seller. my bp got up and immediately called the amazon call centre.
I was told to wait some time on the line, and then connected.
and when I raised the concern to them, I was shocked by the response from them.
even they dont know about the model# and serial# which is delivered by them to me. I have to check it with the manufacturer. and I did that also. here come the best part.
even manufacturer also replied the same thing that I have to check it with portal, they already sent all the details to them and dont know all details as of now. you guys tell me what o do?
this is the storywith best indian/global e-commerce plotform .
funny part is model#, and serial# is not available with invoice from amazon. they just sold the thing. thats all.
they dont bother the other things.
ps: (model#, serial#)you could find it on the container box itself.
