I frequently buy stuff online, but purchasing two deo/perfume was my first worth experience with amazon.in. Firstly they didn’t deliver the product to me.
But online it was showing that I will get it by 28th November’14. Out of frustration I called them up on 5th December and got assurance that my product will be delivered within 2 days.
That too didn’t happen. Finally I asked for refund and they said it will take 5-7 working days. still I’m patiently waiting to get my refund.
I’m done with amazon and will suggest everyone to be cautions before purchasing anything form Amazon.in. Poor customer service!
