Right now I am reviewing one of the world’s largest online shopping portal i.e., AMAZON . In India it is one of the most trusted website in relation with customer services and policies . It is the only online shopping website in india that provide refundable policy on electronic product within 10 days(but now they stop this policy only on electronic items) .
From my personal experiences I never had problem with customer services, fastest delivery(without any harm on product), refundable policy is very good(they did not irritate by asking questions why, when where like any other online portal while refund).
Amazon have one more nice feature that it give Amazon certified product(that they are good and tested) and I trust on their certification because I never got any problems in Amazon certified products .
