I recently ordered a hawels celing fan from amazon which is a worth a sum of some where 2860 rs. It arrived on time but when we are about to plug in the fan we came to know a part is missing . It was a mess for us that again the same process would be rewind call customer care etc. and it will take 15 or 20 l days lets see what happen I got frustated that’s why I came here on Mouthshut.
