Amazon is a very good and reliable shopping website with wide range of products available. You can buy here without any hesitation on electronic products but clothes are always little diffrent than seen on website( this is same for every shopping site ) . It gives a feature of AMAZON PRIME free for one month which gives very fast delivery on prime products and deals. Customer service is good. It is not the best but it is a very good website with nice app.
I would say buying from amazon was a very good experience but be careful on clothes.
