Its about service of amazone, I bought a kent RO on 27th of may from amazone, Amazone’s rapid service delivered it within 24hrs and I was quite happy with this rapid delivery but when I got that Kent RO, it was not compatible and I thought of returning it so I called amazone custmer care and asked for the refund. I was amazed to see that the pick of the item is done on lately and refund has been fallen under the process. Its all about making loyal custmers. I am very happy with the services provided by amazone. I would give 5/5 stars to this company.
