1.) Customer service- It has been more than a year using amazon and I think I have purchased more than 200 items on amazon in the last one year. With my overall experience I could say, comparatively it has the best customer service. It is very easy to return the product and get refund on time. The customer care is highly responsive.
2.) Product quality- The product quality depends upon how much are you willing to pay for a product i.e its brand. But the best part is after delivery if you are not satisfied with the product you can easily go for return and within one day product will be collected from you. The refund is done once the product reached the seller, approx one week.
3.) Delivery Time- It has happened very few times that my product has been delayed for 1 or 2 days. But if you have provided them with proper address they will deliver product on time. The prime service is awesome for those who regularly do shopping on amazon. Before delivery they will text you the number of the delivery boy whom you can contact and fix the time of product delivery.
4.) App & Websites- Very user friendly and interactive. I usually use app. It is very easy to select and place order on app as well.
5.) Reliability- It is reliable. I have even purchased my laptop worth Rs 40000 from amazon and it cost me less than market price. You have more option to choose sitting in your room.
6.) Offers- You can save so much money using its offer and coupon. Amazon associate is also a best way to shop and get cashback on your shopping as commission.
