I am confused where to start. I have immense respect for this website because I read a lot of answers on Quora about this website praising it for it’s excellent customer service. When it comes battle between flipkart and amazon in quora. Amazon always wins by a major difference.
So, One fine day I decided to buy from this. Though, I am very much into technology, I never got a chance to buy things online. So, This was my first time. So, I ordered a product called sleeping mask( which was not amazon fulfilled) and **got a Mosquito Repellant ** instead. There has never been a moment like this that I was so frustrated.
I tried to return it but got too lazy. Anyway, what I want to address here is Amazon though with it’s excellent customer service, as it is obviously evident from the customer reviews, still has dealers who are really really reckless towards their customer.
I would be really happy if amazon takes care of that situation. Until that, I am really you are not gonna get a positive review from me. Still have a lot of respect towards the website though
