I recently purchased some items from Amazon and they sell just craps. I had to return some of the electronic items as they were not at all working. The books they send are also damaged books which was I didn’t face with infibeam, whenever I ordered from them.
Though infibeam is good only for books and nothing else. Amazon return policy was good but recently they changed it. Now when they pick up an item they dont give return slips, so you dont have any proof of return. They will say that they will update the refund status same day but they wont and they will take several days to update. Your money gets blocked with them. Only thing you can do is cry and if you file a court case you still have to cry. So better stop purchasing online go to the market and purchase directly andif not available ask the shopkeeper to buy for you. Atleast you will get a genuine item.
