Hello guys recently I bought a Pressure Cooker from Amazon as I was going to gift it to my friend so I thought to buy it from Amazon I bought and when the product got delivered the product was so defective that I just can’t say anything the cooker was deeply broken as like it was stepped under something heavy it’s handle was also broken I clicked one pic of it o mailed to them directly about the product they took around 5 days to reply me on the same after but till yet they are not agreeing to take the product back as thier excuse is very non sense that the company from which they are fixed they do nog allow returns that’s why it would be a loss to Amazon so is it my fault to trust over them seriously this was my last time to buy anything from Amazon thier customer service is very very bad I have ever seen.
