If at all there’s any problem, there’s nothing to worry about. The customer care service is quite helpful and provide good solution.
I’ve replaced a damaged copy of a book, there were no questions asked and the replacement was quite quick. In these terms, Amazon.com is quite better than Flipkart and Snapdeal.
However, I’d like it if they upgrade their footwear section. The other sites have better catalogue. Also, Flipkart is able to deliver an item at my place within a day. If amazon could do the same, it’d be great.
