This is the first time I placing an ordre for books online. I don, t have much experience with other website . But with Amazon.in .It was a nice shopping experience . it is a very good shopping site.
Their prices were reasonable and some of them were cheaper than the price from market. they have got a wide rang of books, some of them may take longer to get .Some books were out of stock may not be .but they do have most new releases.and most of these were availaable discounted rates.
their customer service were helpful and received the books in excellent condition and well packed. they could improve their website and enhance the shopping experience for the customers. not quite upto flipkart.com. but I did not find other online bookstories any better or any worse than them.
but it was hassle free and happy about that.
