Worst refund policy nowadays

Iam a regular buyer in amazon.in. I purchased a phone in in recent dussera offers. The phone performance is not ok and I am not happy with the phone. There is no direct return window. The technical person visit after a week, he would send report of defect, then replacement, ...if not ok that also, later refund...15-20 days process.....wasting customer time....earlier phone return policy was good....now it’s really worst policy....
