This is about the service of amazone where I booked a mobile phone moto g4 plus cause I heard a lot about good service from amazone, I received my mobile& I was so much excited but post 2 or 3 hours it ruined my excitment it started heating I thought it happens somtimes so I returned it& requested for replacement then I got replacement post 3 to 4 days where I paid Rs.100 extra for faster delivery, I was sured this time I will get good one having heard about amazone but again mobile was faulty so after this much delay I requested for replacement& this time amozone refused to provide the same they decided to refund now what happend amazone picked the item 7 days ago but they didn’t refund I called them many time but refund not done so escalated it on senior level then they refunded so realy disappointed.
