I would like to share my experience with Amazon India. From the last 2 years I purchased lots of items from Amazon India. I brought my coolpad note 3 plus from amzone and I brought lots of items from amazon. The only advantage I saw in Amazon India is the delivery was fast and they deliver almost every thing through courier service. But the problem with amazon India is the quality of delivery is too bad. When I brought my phone I also brought an temperd glass too. I received the temperd glass before my phone get delivered. But when I open the delivery package I saw the tempered glass was broken. I called the customer care and asked what I could do. They don’t give me a proper reply. They said me to send back the glass to the return address. I did that but after that I didn’t get any information about that tempered glass. I called customer care but they said the courier was not received. I claimed a lot and finally they give back my money and I ordered another tempered glass. Due to the bad service of Amazon I lost lots of time.
The Amazon is a good shopping site, the delivery speed is also fine but the quality of the delivery package was not satisfactory and the customer care also poor. I ordered all the things from Amazon because not any other shopping site have delivery to my place.
