Wrong item shipped by seller BooyahChicago.
One of the service agents did agree that Amazon will protect customers by arrangin pick up of the wrong item sent by seller as it is not buyers fault but later on they went back on their words. Cannot trust Anazon at ALL!
Amazon follows seller protection policy by penalising and forcing buyers to ship the item back to seller for seller’s mistake.
