I have bought many products from this amazon site and the experience I got from this is really good.
The customer service of this online store is very helpful and very supporting at the same time and their solution to the problem is also very satisfying.The return policy is also very easy and friendly.
As per the concern of the product quality I must say that the product is also good as I have ordered electronic as well as clothing stuffs and all the products were genuine and satisfying.
But for fashion products I want to say that amazon site is not so much appreciable as they do not provide the current trending fashion products and the sale on them is also not effective.
The delivery time for the purchased products is fine but not good enough for other states rather than Delhi. They should work better for their delivery services.
Both the app and the website for this is also good as many of the users and buyers prefer phone app instead of the website.
In my opinion, the amazon site is a reliable for shopping but not for fashion stuffs.
