Amazon has now started doing frauds in refunding. Recent case has Rs. 30 cash back but they deducted Rs.86/- stating that our system is showing this amount only. When asked to receive or send screenshots, the executive literally denied. Also their delivery boys are now behaving like goons in certain areas. First, they deny delivering at the given address. If not listened, they return the parcel themselves without asking. In return, Amazon deducts extra money from your payment without any fault of yours.
Theres no proper helpline to listen to serious cases. Tits bits can be solved but matters like these are unattended properly. Customer care executive puts u on hold for 20 minutes also. Where should a customer get justice from? Consumer court or through media???
