I had shop many times from amazon.in and always got satisfied by their service. The very first plus point is they sell genuine product and return of applicable if the product not as per specification. Price not much different from other online stores but delivery time is too good. Sometime even they deliver at service day or other day without paying any extra bucks. On many product they have replacement and return policy. They just don’t have telephonic customer support, but still get response from Amazon team within 24hrs from email support team.
