Hi!,
I received a package from amazon. Its sent from someone else. The product description says two rakhis with a rakhi card. The rakhi card is missing and there’s no way for me to know from where it came from.
The amazon representative says they cannot help with this, from order number and all other information from bill/invoice.
I want to raise two issues:
It’s a security lapse: Anyone can send any harmful substance to any address through Amazon. Amazon is taking no steps to prevent it.
The missing product from a gift is not addressed from their end. Someone paid for a’Rakhi card’ which is missing, and they can’t help with it.
