I used to shop online because its time saving and have large varieties on click, but there is always a question in mind where to shop online. I have tries almost all online marketplace they all have their pros and cons but no one can beat amazon when its come to customer support. I ordered a trolley bag of AT from amazon but when I got the product its handle was not working smoothly, so I mailed them with the image of the delivered product. They responded within an hour and told that the next day you will get new product. I was not sure about getting the new product on the very next day, but they delivered the new product on next day and collected the old one. Beside this they told me that I will get amazon gift voucher of Rs 200/- as compensation for the inconvenience.
