I purchased a android mobile from amazon.in as a cost of 6999/-
But at the time of delivery courier partner of amzon.in didn’t call me and not visite my home for delivery and they returned my mobile .
I called of amazon.in but amazon.in customer care agent did’t help me.
There are told me your item returned now we cant take any action.
Amazon.in customer care service is very bad because they not take any complaint from customer.
Once a time I have ordered of on mouse for my laptop that item I have placed I don’t receive same item I had received a different product that I had returned. so product quality is very bad.
Delivery at the time delivery time is right.
Website is going on very slow but app is going very smoothly.
Reliability is very bed so I want to tell everyone please don’t buy anything from amazon.in.
