About the shoe as such, this is what my husband has to say - “I have been running in the nike free for a few years now. I thought I’d try out this shoe since I had read some good reviews. The shoes I got are made in Thailand. The build quality is good, and the shoe the shoe size matched that of the nike sizes, so the UK size 8 delivered fit me perfectly. The grey, black, red and white combination looks sober and great and is very wearable in most occasions. The shoe is extremely comfortable to wear, with a roomy toe box, good breathability and a very flexible sole. However, the sole design is such that it does not have a smooth heel to toe transition while brisk walking and particularly while running. It is something like a wheel turning over but having a flat section in an otherwise perfectly circular outline. In the quest to give lateral and longitudinal flexibility to the shoe, there are a couple of deep cuts in the sole that go right on till the insole. Though these do give great feel and flexibility, they have an irritating ability to have small pebbles wedged in all the time. Overall, a great shoe for general wear.
