Amazon is the best online-destination. It has very easy interface and even a new user can easily buy products from amazon. I like the return and refund policy of amazon the most. They provide very swift service one would imagine to get from any online shopping site.
I have one suggestion to amazon. They should avoid dealing with petty seller who are not a part of amazon fulfillment service. Rather, they can deal with some of the brands to sell products directly in amazon.
