Hi everyone , no doubt Amazon is the best online shopping site of the world and growing continuously. But with me it didn’t worked. Its been about 1 year when I ordered a Micromax power bank and router form Amazon worth Rs 1500 and got a old device. I tried to talked to customer support but they said they will send a guy to pick up the device. The guy never came or talked to me. I waited about 7 days and whrn I capled agaij they said , sorry sir the product was only covered under 7 day replacement. After this happening I didn’t order anything from Amazon.
So about 1 month ago , I decided to buy Whey Protein and Peanut Butter online. I found Amazon offering huge discount on these products as compared to other online stores. Since I didn’t wanted to take the risk , I ordered only peanut butter and skipped whey protein as it was coslty and I didn’t want to take the risk. The order was delivered me next day and same thing again happened to me. The box was broken and butter was flowing outsite. I opened the website and checked if it is eligible for return but no , food items are not eligible.
I’ve made my mind to not to buy again from this website. And those who want to buy just check whatever they are ordering is it under 10 days or 30 days replacement. Only then proceeded otherwise you will end up wasting your money
