Amazon is not good site if u want to return ur product even the product is not good. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker of F & D w330x from Amazon but the quality of these speaker is so bad .these speaker neither loud nor good bass, when I asked Amazon to return then they said it was from a seller on Amazon so they want tht seller will contact me but for 3 day no call from Amazon or their seller, I filed return request on 11/05/2015, Amazon said if seller will not contact for 3 day then they will refund my amount in Amazon A to Z guarantee, but no call from their side till now, I will not advise anyone for AMAZON
My order no. Is 404-6079201-8677146, today I talked to their customer care again but behaviour of their representative was so bad, she was talking so loud, they don’t have firm stand. Their one representative say tht he filed A to Z claim, now I don’t need to courier product to seller but now other representative say if I don’t ship product myself to their seller then their A to Z team also will not do anything, n they will not refund any amount, I m really so angry to me self why I purchase product from this website who is liar, they said they are most customer oriented company on earth but they are not, just making me wait day by day
