So today I am gonna tell you about amazon.in which is an Indian version of amazon.com.This website is an e-commerce and have been used all over the world.I was founded in America in about 20 years ago and is very popular for online shopping but in India it gets tough competition from flipkart , snapdeal etc but still it is popular in India.They are also providing prime videos with free trial in which you can watch movies or shows which is good service I think but after 30 days you will have to pay some cash if you wish to conitinue.Now lets talk about the service, sometimes the products may have not available on the required location which is poor.Also many a times customer can’t choose cash on delivery option which is a common delivery option in India.These are the points where it lags a bit from others, it is a very good website for people residing in metro cities or big cities but not good for small cities as many products can’t be delivered their due to some issues.For example in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar you will not able to buy product which above 10000/- INR which is very dissapointing factor , hence I would recommend you to visit this site if you live in a big city, otherwise you may not get the satisfaction.The customer support portal is decent they provied live chat to the customer care which is a good feature and they fix issues in decent time as well.On account of shopping I would recommend you to shop electronics items and books etc.Don’t buy clothes online.I have done it plenty of times and all I get is dissapointment.So I hope you got your answer whether you should check out this website or not.I will say it is a decent website but it have some cons as mentioned above so check them and shop carefully because every single rupee matters and you will not celebrate wasting your money.I am not praising this website much because I live in Varanasi in which there are some issues but that doesn’t mean you experience will always be dissapointed.This is my personal experince and issues which I have faced which may be different according to your laocation so now I am ending up I you liked my review hit useful or very useful and don’t stop yourself from commenting if you have any questions.Happy shopping. have a nice daY. : )
