I ordered a Canon multi-function printer in amazon.in on 14th October. After calling 4-5 times finally it got delivered on 4th November.
When I opened the parcel, I had a surprise that the item was physically damaged. As per the amazon policy, they had to replace the item with the new one. But they are not ready to replace the item telling that they will give me the money back. Now I have no guarantee whether I will get my money back or not.
