Till now Amazon is the best and best website for online shopping I ever tried. I am using this website around 3 year. After facing lots of problem and experiencing service I decide to share my knowledge about it.
Advantages over other website:
1) At first I want to say customer service. In one line the customer service of Amazon is unbeatable. If you face any problem about product and service(i say any) then you just need to call and you will be surprised, because your problem will be solved.
2) Amazon sales no doubly original products. One of the interesting fact is that, you get lots of amazing product only in amazon. It likes a "Product Bhandar".
3) It deliver products within delivery timeline, don’t worry. I assured you that you get your product much before time. Actually amazon takes some clearance time so that 100% delivery done within limit.
4) Amazon website interface is beautiful enough. I don’t need to say about it because you know.
Disadvantage:
1) Delivery time could be better. In my knowledge, flipkart gives faster delivery than other, because it has own courier "Ekart".
2) If you problem some complicated issue, then you have to contact more than 2 times to solve.
Finally, I want to say please don’t look at limitation. It is only website which gives 100% effort on customer satisfaction.
