I bought a helmet for Rs. 520/- and it was totally ludicrous purchase! The helmet was for honda dio scooter and it didn’t even fit my head, the size was too small. I requested for a return and refund of the product to amozon but it was of no use at all! Their so called customer service gaurentee scheme does not apply to the product and that the refund cannot be provided. This was their bloody reply! This is unacceptabe and totally a appalling service. I never expected such a response from a biggie like amazon! I will never recommand it to anyone! Guys do not purchase helmets or bike accessories from amazon!
